Great Service from Connor at Euro Car Parts - Ashford
I had an issue with a damaged delivery and was assisted by Connor at the Euro Car Parts in Ashford. He was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated on the progress while resolving the problem. He was by far the best representative I dealt with today, and his approach to customer service was a step above the rest.

Disappointed with being given wrong information. Before returning items to be told there's no warranty on the parts make a call to the customer services like I should have done. Lady behind counter totally misinformed me of my rights when wanting to return and swap brake disks after only 2 months of use but suggested I purchased another set. No thanks, not from you. I Purchased from gsf instead only to then find out they, euro car parts should have swapped or refunded under the 1 year or 22000 mile warranty. So I've now had the warped disks collected at euro car parts expense and a refund will be on its way. So do check with customer service first instead of unreliable information from poorly trained staff. Shame I had to give one star as my experience of what has always been a good branch has totally changed my mind about purchasing from them again.

This is mainly a review about the staff member Josh who had served me over the last couple of days - dude checked the part before handing it to me and found there was an issue which otherwise I would have found when I got home and would have had to return it saving me a ton of time - he ordered in the replacement and got it for me ASAP.But also he?s just a fun, happy guy - there was a lady non stop smiling whilst waiting for her parts because he was just funny & enjoys his work.Usually it?s a rather boring experience waiting at euro car parts but he 100% made the experience 100% better.Highly recommend giving this guy a raise because it completely restored my love for euro car parts.

Counter staff friendly. Didn't take too long to collect my parts but if you're at the back of a 3/4 person queue you will probably be waiting a good half hour or so as there's only one person dealing with the walk-ins.

Been ringing you guys for 5 days, About a refund of items I have not picked up, But for some reason you've only part refunded me and not fully refunded me, Inconveniently there is nobody available to help me sort this out, You could and should do better
