For a salon that I hadn?t heard of until I walked past, I am utterly blown away. From the minute you walk in, you are hit with this energy and friendliness from the staff. All the staff I encountered were lovely but a huge shout out to the owner and Beth who did my hair. I was made to feel comfortable and offered tea and biscuits. I was given honest advice about my hair. I had a complete new colour and restyle, Beth did an amazing job. She had done such a good straight blow dry which achieved straight locks without straightening! Amazing stuff. I?ve found my new salon

I was looking for a vegan salon (I recently read there are a lot of animal-derived products in nail varnishes etc.) and came across Edge and I couldn?t be happier with them.\\n\\nI had an eyelash perm about 4 weeks ago and they?re still very curled and I have been going back regularly to have gels on my nails as I am trying to grow them out.\\n\\nJanet and the team have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go-to place for beauty in Ashford now. Thanks so much!

Really beautiful salon with lovely staff! Kaysha has cut my hair twice now, she's great fun, enthusiastic and does a fantastic job despite my unusual style requests! I love the fact their products are organic and vegan friendly too.

Kaysha did a wonderful job today, as always. She helped me decide colour options and explained everything really well. I'm impressed by the vegan, cruelty-free products used at Edge. Cut and change of style were also brilliant. Very happy customer.

I had my hair done here for the first time and I'm so happy with the colour. The staff are super friendly and I love that all the products are cruelty free and vegan. I also get my gel nails done here and I would definitely recommend.

Awful experience - booked a colour appointment with the owner, showed images of dark blue/green I wanted, left with neon blue roots and yellow mid lengths. Owner was very rude and defensive when I complained, I saw 3 other colourists who were disgusted and confirmed it is long term damaged and overprocessed, now I cant use heat styling or shampoo. Owner called me to tell me the other stylists are liars and the hair is exactly what I asked for, refused to give any kind of refund but wants me to go back and let her have another go (I won?t be trusting her again!). Heartbroken as it was a 21st birthday treat and it ruined my confidence, and my £100 was completely wasted. Do not go here for vibrant colours and don?t expect kind or helpful customer service from the salon owner.

Vegan and cruelty free beauty products, hair dyes , shampoos and conditioners. Jan is hugely experienced and enthusiastic about her business. I had my first professional haircut in over ten years and first ever professional hair colouring. Thoroughly recommend this salon.
