I booked a appointment for 11.30am waxing when I arrived the salon was empty after a very short while a member of staff came to the main reception to inform me my appointment was made for 3pm even though I had asked for 11.30am and showed the conversation I have had unfortunately I couldn't be fitted in and had to find somewhere else on short notice very disappointed as i explained when booking in for that day and time as following day I was going in to have my baby

I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, as it shrinks up once dry and if it?s cut too short doesn?t look right. Claire always cuts it perfectly (it?s the only time I haven?t gone home and re-washed and styled it!) and takes her time to make sure you?re happy with it.Would highly recommend her.

Been a customer for six years now & wouldn't have my nails or other beauty treatments done elsewhere. Claire, Lisa & their staff are lovely. I always recommend to anyone. My nails have never been in such good condition.

Today had a luxury Elim pedicure for the second time with the lovely Claire . Highly recommend as my tired feet , legs were also pampered with a exfoliation. Mask etc . Pure delight . So much care, attention & detail is always taken, no production line at this salon , you are 100% priority .
