Unfortunately even 1 star is too generous.Absolutely no customer service from what seemed a good company years ago.No responses to emails sent.Only became active once i started a Pay-Pal claim against them and even that was accompanied with lies.Avoid at all costs, there are other companies out there to use.

Avoid, avoid avoid. Ordered a carpet in January, after multiple emails (non of which ever get replied to) and numerous phone calls, no information was provided about my missing order. I eventually cancelled the order on 19th April. The worst customer service I have experienced for quite a while.
