Great staff! Visited today and stopped at the cafe. Had a really good laugh with the lady and gent behind the counter who also assisted me coz I?m awaiting new glasses ? We had a good chuckle coz I had to have a child?s portion. Staff all around the shop had a good sense of humour and were pleasant and helpful. We got what we went in for, plus extras!! I love Dunelm! We bought a rug too and the gent there was really helpful and friendly. Always a great experience visiting the store, great stock is enhanced by fantastic staff!! Please pass on my thanks to all involved ??
