Gary at Dreams Ashford was a brilliant help. It was the second time visiting and he not only remembered us, but he remembered which bed we were interested in and made us feel valued. He also reassessed our needs when he saw the height of my son. He processed our order swiftly and with knowledge and humour. We couldn't have asked for more. I couldn?t be more impressed with the level of customer service I received in the Ashford branch. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist.
We were assisted by a member of staff called Gary, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the range of mattresses and really took the time to help us find the right mattress for us. There were no rushed sales pitches, just honest, helpful advice which made for a relaxed, enjoyable shopping experience.

We went to Dreams at Sevington Ashford Kent, this morning to purchase a new mattress , and a bed for spare room , was met by a very friendly assistant called Gary, he was so helpfull,and able to help us with both our purchases, Highly recommend this shop.
