The ginger/red bob hairstyle lady at the desk is extremely rude ! I used to use this pharmacy all the time but this person lets it down massively. She wont hand out my 15 year old daughter's eczema cream ! Its her prescription to her name ! She interrogates you like she is the police and ask questions she should not . I am considering changing pharmacy , i dont want to deal with such a rude person anymore ! What a shame that one person is giving this pharmacy a bad name ! I am not the only one to have noticed either !

Now taj has left!The service has gone down hill massively my mum needs medication and they have only given her half the prescription and then telling my disabled mum to try and drive round ashford to pick up her meds from else where!

It doesn't get better than the exceptional service that Taj and the team give. The genuine care, concern, support of their customers is never failing, even in the height of this current crisis. How they continue to smile through it all, I have no idea, but they always do. I am so, so lucky to have them locally to me. To Taj and all the staff, I can't thank you enough. You're amazing.
