I went in with a very sick three month old microwave expecting a protracted "discussion" with staff about a refund. But no, once I outlined the issues, an apology and a full refund was offered.So much better than online interactions with chatbots and them call centres. Thank you to Skye!So guess where we are going to buy our new washing machine from? Currys Ashford store :-).

Ordered something to collect on the same day and then received a message to say my order has been cancelled with no explanation. It would make sense if it was a stock issue, but the website is still advertising that the item is available for collection..

Went to buy a TV and the store had just what I wanted. Very good service from the sales assistant that helped us... But, some of the displays could have been better as when looking initially at various models, a number of the items were missing details and prices and there wasn't really anyone initially available to ask for help since the 'one' sales assistant for that area was tied up with another customer..

Ordered a PC monitor, told to expect a call to let me know when it will arrive, but never got a call. At the end went back to enquire what was happening with my order. Monitor was there waiting to be picked up, but no one called me as apparently they had no instructions to do so... a bit disappointed, to be honest with no apologies... usually quite good. Put it as a miss...

Diferent branches and different people same products. Went to the branch in Folkestone and got nothing. Gone to the branch in Ashford and come out with a lot of staff thanks to a very nice young sales person.
