This shop has variety of items in it, the fridge and freezer always stocked up with nice food and drinks have a big selection and its cold temperature. It?s clean shop and staff and owner very polite. Never had an problem in this shop

A real gem of a village shop!
I always bring my kids here on the school run, especially in the warmer months, to grab a nice cold refreshing drink and an ice lolly. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to engage in conversation. The owner really knows his stock and makes a real effort to keep up with the most in-demand products, which shows just how much they value customer satisfaction.
On the rare occasion I?ve had to return an item, the staff have been more than happy to help, resolving the issue with no fuss. It?s clear they care about their customers and community.
After 4 years of living here, I can honestly say this shop has built a fantastic relationship with its customers ? I always leave with a smile. ??

Drinks chillers don't work very well and was sold mouldy bread, which was only noticeable once taken from the packet. These small businesses wonder why the larger chain stores take all the business, it's a matter of customer service. I will not be going back here, I would rather take my money to Sainsbury's.

Spend your money elsewhere. Told to put on a mask (no requirement for this anymore, anywhere!), no please, no manners, no anything. Didn't bother in the end I went to sainsburys where I can shop without being harassed, and it's cheaper.
