I used this store as an Ebay purchase's collection point. Apparently the parcel has been refused by the guy who workes at the store (I coukd see it on the parcel's tracking history). When I went there to ask what happened with my parcel the guy denied that he refused any parcel. He stupidly informed me that when he will get my parcel I will be notified by text message. He couldn't get the information that there is no phone number assigned to this parcel. I had to contact EBay to get my money back for a parcel I have never received. I will never used this store again!! Poor service and ignorant guy.
