I came to Connells as I have heard good reviews and had sold through them years ago. The team who helped were fantastic, friendly and professional. The service they provided us was brilliant! Nathan came out to value our property initially and was very informative with his knowledge of the housing market. The sales team were excellent with selling my property, Leah always kept us updated on viewings and helped us get a buyer! We had Tracey Keithson assist us with our sale and purchase which we knew would always have ups and downs, but Tracey was brilliant with keeping us updated and held our hand along the way. (she is a real credit to Connells! - an absolute diamond!) Our sale and purchase has had lows and highs but in the end we are grateful for everything this Connells office has done. Thank you all so much for making our dream of moving home come true!

Fantastic work by Connells with our house purchase and their financial advice and mortgage assistance. Wendy was a real star throughout. Very professional and friendly. Chased up everything and got things moving quickly when other parties in the transaction chain seemed to be slowing. If everybody in the rest of the chain had a Wendy we'd have completed months ago. We Just want to thank the team at Ashford Connells. We recently purchased our first home with them and the team was amazing there..Wendy was so friendly and welcoming and helped us so much to get our heads around what to expect when it came to getting our first mortgage and made us feel relaxed when it to came to finding the right deal..Leah was lovely, very friendly and chatty. she also arranged a few viewings in one day for us, which ultimately had us finding our new home..Tracey dealt with all our emails and kept us up to date often with the purchase. we got fast email responses which took alot of the stress out of purchasing our first home.Thank you for all your help!.

I had my house on with three estate agents in Ashford, all three promised the world but Connells delivered, they were the last agent I put the house on with and they sold it. This was in August 2023 when the interest rates were rising and they still found a buyer.From the start Kieren and his team in the office were amazing. When the house was sold Tracey kept me informed every step of the way, we were due to exchange contracts and the buyers solicitor was out of the office on this day, Tracey insisted another solicitor done it, contracts exchanged thanks to Tracey.I would highly recommend Connells in Ashford.
