The staff here shouted and harassed us as we left the store asking if we had used the self checkout and presuming we had stolen something. We tried to explain that we hadn?t even bought anything but they continued to shout at us. They left without apologising or explaining the situation. Pretty sure one of them was the store manager. Absolutely awful staff with no basic human manners or professionalism. We felt specifically targeted as young women and would recommend for people to avoid this store at night if you are vulnerable unless you want to be harassed and accused.

The manager of this store is absolutely abusive and rude.(she called her self the manager) I do not know this store so can not verify that! I do not live in ashford, I had just come from the hospital and needed some groceries before going back home. I asked the manager where the soup is as i do not know that store, she directed me to the soup. I paid for the soup using the self service check out and left the store. After leaving she came out shouting at me saying she did not not see me pay for the soup! She made a scene and after giving her the reciepts and even providing her my payment reciept on my phone she still proceeded to make a scene and embarass me. Her excuse for this abusive behaviour was that "we get people in here stealing in here all the time" I am a paying customer, she did not want to apologise she just smiled, she needs sacking!

Staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I?ve never had a bad experience in there. And surprisingly for a little co op they always seem to have exactly what I need.
