Shoes are Clarkes so predictable. On the counter i was asked if i wanted a bag, they said it would be 35p. I then asked if they had a paper bag and yes they had them, the free and the green option.
To upsell on a plastic bag when the paper one is right there is wrong in many ways.

I?m really disappointed with the customer service I received at the Clarks outlet in Ashford. I purchased a pair of shoes and specifically asked about any available discounts, only to be told there were none. Later, I found out a 10% discount was actually available, which should have been offered ? especially after I asked directly.
It feels dishonest and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and made no effort to help. For a well-known brand like Clarks, I expected much better.
I won?t be returning to this store anytime soon, and I hope Clarks takes a serious look at how this location is being managed.

Staff was a little reluctant to help but friendly when I got to speaking with them. The shoes we bought were at a good price and my son is pleased with them.

I was unfortunate to have a poor customer services experience today at Clarks on the Ashford Designer Outlet. Firstly, there was only a young woman in the shoe measurement area and clearly, she lacked training as she spent an inordinate amount of time dealing with an overly chatty, jovial customer leaving a group of other customers simply waiting to have their children?s? feet measured so they could get on with buying shoes for them. I will not be returning and will stick to online in future. I would suggest management get their act together and actually train their staff in the most basic elements of customer service.

Bought my granddaughter her 1st pair of shoes & Clarks are the best!!!
Friendly & helpful customer services.
My granddaughter was measured & had every choice of shoe in her size. We obviously went for the most suitable as these are here 1st.
Velcro straps, soft & flexible sole, beautiful pattern.
Was hysterical watching her 1st steps in them.
All my 3 kids had Clarks shoes due to fat flat feet running in the family. Instead of an Easter egg it was shoes & that'll be a tradition from me for now on!

Unfortunately not dog friendly. Unfortunately, the saleswoman was neither friendly nor helpful when I asked to be allowed to tie my dog ??at the entrance. All I got was a mushy ?No?. It's a shame, I like the shoes.

The shoes are good. Yet the service is really poor. The staff is rude and even too lazy to find the shoe box. The manager of the store is doing a ?good?job due to his poor ability in management.
