It is unbelievable how rude the staff are. They watched us the whole time, made us all feel really uncomfortable, once we left the shop because of how uncomfortable we felt they watched where we went and starred us down so we went back and security was called and we had been accused of stealing and said we were putting things in our pockets. So I emptied all my pockets to show we weren?t doing anything wrong there were many people in the shop but we were the only ones being starred at assuming it was because of how we were dressed and because we are young. After all of that we didn?t get any apologies for making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and accusing us of stealing. Considering the fact I work in town and the accusations could?ve affected my job and reputation. And of course we are going to look suspicious because there eyes did not come off of us so we was obviously looking back wondering why we were being starred at because as far as we knew we were not doing a thing wrong and we certainly wasn?t putting things in our pockets. I would never dream of stealing especially their cheap looking tat. But it is beyond me how rude the staff are I could not believe it.

A big Thank you to the ladies for their patient and help. Had ear pierced for a 4 year old and were happy with the work. The lady who did the piercing was vhighly professional both in work and attitude and the other lady who helped was very calming and kind. Would definitely recommend

My little boy had his ear pierced on Saturday. The woman who pierced it messed up the 1st attempt and had to do again. My lil boy wanted the green studs which only come as a pair this cost £60, this morning (Tuesday) the stone has fallen out!!! 3 days after it was pierced!!! He didn?t even get the other spare because the woman messed it up!! So we are £60 down, no stone in his ear and no spare!!! Will definitely not recommend anyone to come here and have it done!! Im not a happy mum!!

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff!!I purchased earrings yesterday and after a few hours, I got a chance to go through my shopping again and realised I can?t see the fixing clasp of the earrings due to longsightedness.I called the place and asked I know that it?s store policy to not refund pierced earrings but since I haven?t even been home or tried them, can I come around to at least replace them with something else.The lady on the phone told me,?yes sure, come over and we will sort you out?!I reached, and was very rudely told NO WE WILL NOT AS ITS AGAINST STORE POLICY!I was dumbstruck totally! Why waste my time and effort to park and come back to town !! Why couldn?t she tell me the same thing on the phone!! She was so unbelievably rude !!Never ever going back there!!
