Excellent cinema experience. The cinema is clean, staff are polite and professional and the value is excellent. Went to watch Dune 2 at the IMAX and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended

Overall good and the usual Cineworld, so not much difference. We watched Aquaman in IMAX 3D and it was good...a bit wet, lol. Also the cups are overflowing and with chairs moving it was messy... So best to put the drinks on the floor?? Def needs a solution as my legs end up all wet.I do wish there was more Cineworld in Kent too.

Went tonight to watch Madame Web the sound quality was like a cheap speaker from aldi. The drinks and treats is usually a big no no buying direct but we didn't have time to buy elsewhere. Boy did we pay the price two ciders and two small packets of m and m 17 pound something. Was fuming when wife came back would rather gone with out. We go every week to the cinema usually the vue but have been using cineworld because they have made the ticket price reasonable Monday to Wednesday 5.50p instead of the rip off 12 pound something when u have family of 5 is expensive. Tonight our film was ruined not only buy the guy with the red binoculars which put out a red light looking when film had started and the sound but a middle aged cupple would not stop talking behind us. I had enough and had to tell them to pack it in over half way through the film. Won't use Ashford again.

Great revamp, always clean and friendly. However IMAX is VERY loud and is mixed poorly. It was quite hard to hear talking over the music when watching dune. Came out with ears ringing, as if I'd been in a night club

Summary: This cinema has twelve screens in total. It has one IMAX with Laser screen, one 4DX screen that supports both 2D and RealD 3D films, one ScreenX screen, and 9 standard screens. It's rather accessible. Staff are friendly and welcoming, especially for disabled customers.Screen experience: You cannot take hot drinks or alcoholic drinks into the 4DX screen even if you've bought them from the cinema lobby. I suggest not taking popcorn into the 4DX screen either, since the seats do move quite sharply. 4DX really is not suited for pregnant or disabled people, it's very much like a rollercoaster with no seatbelts. Young children may also find it rough or distressing. I advise getting into the 4DX screen before the adverts are halfway over as they switch from standard adverts to 4DX-enabled adverts, which can make it hard to get seated. The water effects can be turned off per-seat with a button but other effects are always on. 4DX uses units of four seats which move together - small/light/motion sick people should sit in the middle two seats of a unit as the outer two will move further than the middle. When booking a ticket, the system shows "paths" between each column of units but they are actually right next to each other. I suggest avoiding the extreme left/right of the auditorium and first few front rows, but otherwise choose seats as though this was a normal screen format. ScreenX was a bit of a letdown for me, but this is dependent on how well prepared a given film is for this format. ScreenX is generally in standard definition along with the extra video in your peripheral vision. You might find that the edge portions are lower resolution, lower framerate, or bad CGI, which can take away from the experience - this is not a fault of the cinema and will vary from film to film. For ScreenX, I suggest sitting a couple of rows back from where you might normally sit in order to get the most of the peripheral vision aspects of the surrounding screen. This cinema's IMAX screen is of the CoLa 4k dual-projection laser type with a 1.43:1 screen. I suggest sitting anywhere in the back half of the auditorium for IMAX at this location.Accessibility: The screens are in two wings either side of the lobby, and accessible bathrooms are in both wings as well as the lobby. All screens have at least one wheelchair accessible space with a dedicated companion chair. There are lifts leading to the top of the seating areas, but I'm not sure if this applies to every screen. This cinema has a private audio description system which can be requested at the main counter, though I haven't used it myself so I'm not sure how good it is. The cinema offers burn-in subtitled screenings on occasion. Guide dogs are allowed here. This cinema hosts Autism Friendly Screenings of select films with the lights not dimmed as far as usual and the audio is not as loud, but this appears to only happen for children's films. This cinema accepts CEA cards for disabled customers and a companion, as well as student ID for discounted student tickets.Other facilities: A pick and mix stand, Starbucks (no mobile ordering), and Baskin Robbins ice cream. I find the snacks sold here to be expensive, but Cineworld no longer prohibits cold food or non-alcoholic cold drinks from being brought in from outside. If you visited this location 10-15 years ago and remember the arcade, it is no longer here. The leisure park that the cinema is located in has many options for food.Public transport: Buses are worse than they used to be as they no longer go directly into Eureka Leisure Park. You now have to hope for a B bus at Bybrook Barn on Canterbury Road or a 666 bus on Trinity Road. Late at night these buses become very infrequent and do not always go to Ashford International train station. There are a few Blue Badge accessible parking spaces across Eureka Leisure Park.

No sound especially for international movies . Pure disgrace at its peak. Please do something as we all requested to the management to increase volume several times. They purposely keep the speakers off better volume in my phone.

Multiplex cinema situated in the outskirts of Ashford,Kent just a couple of minutes from the M20 motorway. The cinema is a deluxe version featuring a screen that gives a 4d experience with moving seats, smell effects and more. It also has screen X which is a more immersive experience with the screen extending around the sides to give a 270° viewing angle. We watched Madam Web and enjoyed these extra effects,it's great to be able to see things in ones peripheral vision. There are reclining seats which are pretty comfy. The surround sound system in the auditorium we were in was great with strong bass but great speech clarity.Food and drink is always expensive but there are deals like nachos and a drink for £11. A drink and a massive bag of popcorn that two people would struggle to get through for £11.Deals: You can see films from £5.99 pp on Mondays and Tuesdays,it's a little more for the Screen X experience but £8.99 is still pretty good. There is a Costa coffee cafe on site too!Parking is plentiful and free as long as you don't wander off the business park. There are plenty of places to eat on the business park. There is good disabled access

Great cinema! Always spotless and really well kept inside with plenty of screens and even has a starbucks inside. Staff are friendly and helpful and aren't slow like in a lot of cinemas. Will be returning. Only complaint is the toilets are where the screens are so you can't use them before you've purchased a ticket

Myself and two friends all found the new seats very uncomfortable with the head rests jutting forwards awkwardly. Also, on a very warm humid night, we were looking forward to a nice cool cinema experience.....only to find the air con turned off! We thought this was stingy when it's over £12.50 per ticket.Very different than it used to be.
