Celebrated my mother-in-laws 70th birthday with friends and family and enjoyed the best pork roast I can honestly say I have ever had!

We booked for Sunday lunch; the half chicken consisted of 2 slices of chicken, definitely not a half breast, 3 roast potatoes 1/2 a stick of carrot and half a stick if parsnip.
