Tried to exchange my phone for a new one they told me my phone wasn?t good enough so lost £101 worth of credit but my phone was in perfect condition when I left it for them to check but when I came back apparently ?the glue was melted? my phone was about a year old. I then took my old phone home to find that my SIM card was missing. I am absolutely disgusted.

Have been to a few of my local CEX stores over the last few months. Folkestone and Ashford stand out as my favourites, with Canterbury and Ramsgate following closely behind. But every store I've been to has been clean, tidy and attended by friendly engaging staff. If you know what you're after, it's easy to find games as everything is nicely laid out in alphabetical order. Staff are always friendly and happy to chat. Disk cleaning is available for free if you buy the games from them. Would recommend it to anyone looking to shop for retro games.

Tries to sell my laptop they gave it back saying it wasn?t up to Standard due to a small crack come back home and they never signed out of the cex account so I had to reset the laptop. You would think they would have signed out before handing me back and the lady even showed me the crack and the laptop came of for sure she would have seen it was still signed into their account. Unacceptable

Didn?t have cash available, said only bank transfer, the worker said that they would call us later to tell if the AirPods passed or not, TWO MINUTES before the shop was closed and locked up they decided to phone us to say to come and collect the AirPods, when we specifically told them we were only here for today

A decent variety of electronic goods, plenty of retro games and consoles, old and new consoles, with an entire second floor for movies. Staff was friendly and helpful, when I go to Ashford I always come here to look around.

Why is the music so loud? This is so far the only store I know with loud music. I have asked staff to turn it down once before. I am a hearing aid user and it distorts my hearing aids.
One person who was a member of the public turned and said take your hearing aids out love. Why should I have to do that? I have tinnitus. I have hearing loss, I do not really want muffled music droning in my ears setting it roaring. It drains my internal battery. Maidstone does not have music blaring that you can hear it outside as well.
