I have recently purchased Audi Q5 from Caffyns. I found the the customer service provided by Mr Sam Cook to be of high standards. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the car. He ensured that the car was fully serviced before pickup and he managed to give me 2 years warranty with 3 years breakdown cover at a good price.

Newly purchased used car had a couple of issues - tyre light kept coming on and knocking sound over bumps suggesting something was loose. I was fitted in promptly for a service and the car given a thorough check. Though no obvious reasons for either, the service did solve both problems. I was aware I might appear a bit fussy but I was treated courteously and my mind put at rest. All my dealings with Vauxhall Ashford from test drive, to purchase, to servicing check have been excellent. All the staff are welcoming, polite and helpful.
