I got the pistachio drink that was advertised outside the store and it came out looking nothing like what i was expecting.The barista seemed new at the time as she looked confused with what she was doing and took a long time with the drink in general, and finally handed me a green sludge in a cheap plastic cup that looked nothing like the picture, nor was there any distinct taste to the drink and tasted plain and lacklustre. This being my first experience here at this chain has really soured my impression.Inside the store itself seemed clean and atmospheric however i wouldn?t recommend this particular drink atleast.

Rude staff! I?m a huge fan of Cafe Nero however this is not my usual store. The barista was so rude towards me. One example is when I walked in the door stayed open and when I got to the counter she said in a highly rude tone ?Go a shut the door? which I did but the rest of my stay as I sat in to have my coffee just felt off.

Went to this Cafe Nero for an afternoon Cappuccino to take away, hardly any queue got served quickly. Customer Service is good and the drink is nice with usual standard you get from a Cafe Nero. The seating arrangement is very good for the size of cafe, mixture of chairs and sofa seating with small and large tables. Ideal place to work on a laptop or do work. Nicely located in the high street and near the County Square Shopping Centre.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Vegan options available, otherwise you can ask the staff.Dietary restrictions: Best to ask the staff for specific requirements.Parking: There is street parking around Ashford Town Centre, if you don't want to pay then Elwick Place Car Park next to Ashford Picturehouse is free after 3pm. Before then charges apply, via pay and display or app.Kid-friendliness: It's fine for KidsWheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access
