The service is very slow but the food is excellent although prices a little high. I?ve been here twice & again although the service is very slow the food was worth the delay. Will go again.

Really disappointed. This was one of my favourite cafes in Ashford and I was utterly disappointed with the food and the customer service for the first time in 4 years.
I am not usually a nightmare customer, however, I was presented with the disaster in the image which was meant to be a jacket potato. It was swimming in grease from the baked cheddar on top, and the beans were incredibly soupy. The server made a snark comment, asking whether I've had a jacket potato before ?. I've never been met with such level of service, it is absolutely appalling. I would've understood if they at least provided me with 50% refund or even a pastry item in replacement.
Very poor, it's such a shame. As much as we love the green smoothies and other items here, this event left a bad taste in our mouths. Clearly understaffed for the server, but that is something she should discuss with management and not mistreat customers.

Ordered a cheese , chicken and tomato toaster for all the chicken to be undercooked and pink! Felt really ill after eating some of the chicken without realizing. Scrambled eggs looked disgusting and off putting as well. Never going back. Would have complained but would have taken another 20 minutes.

My girlfriend and I went for lunch today. Waitress was so rude. We were given the wrong food and when we raised the issue with the waitress, she blamed it on something completely irrelevant and refused to swap the slop looking dish we had been delivered. Wouldn?t recommend and we will not be returning.

I enjoy come here cafe I live away 45mins so I always get client come here cafe once every 2 weeks client so love those cafe food and I love homemade carrot cake so delicious

Turkish eggs and hash browns were so full of oil that they were inedible.
Iced coffee was a full pint glass of milk, could barely taste any coffee in it.
French toast with fruit was two slices of eggy bread with some raspberry jam in the middle and a handful of raspberries dotted on top.
Staff were pleasant, and the place is nice, but the food is so bad I would never come back.

Had a really nice time at the cafe.
I like the design and set up , open and welcoming. There is an option to seat on the sofa near like the fire pit but not sure if it's real or more of a display. Staff were reasonably friendly and helped out when I had a question. The food was amazing and came out on time without any delays.

I ordered ham and chesse toastie and was a hair inside my toast i tell to the staff they changed bring back and guess what another time same colour hair in my toast Ruin my breakfast Never come back again!!!

Went in here for a breakfast today and they are not willing to let you have scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs on a breakfast. Well who ever owns this cafe should understand that this is costing you money. Bit of a joke tbh. Its not that hard to scramble an egg really is it!!
