I walked into this store twice , browsing the jeans and the price was clearly marked as £99.99 reduced to £79.99. Twice the assistants offered help and on my second visit, one assistant even mentioned he may be able to sort out an extra discount. I found my size, tried on the jeans and thought they were smart. After queuing at the counter to pay, the same assistant then informs me that ?oh, by the way, the price advertised on the shelving is wrong and they are actually £99.99?.I had been in the store twice, for some amount of time and this was never mentioned. On principle I decided to not buy the jeans and walked out. On my way out, one assistant said he would leave the jeans under the counter in case I changed my mind. No apologies!! I?m sure there is some trading standards rule on this and the ?I?ll sort you out a discount ? assistant never once said, ?as we have made a mistake, we?ll let you have them for the advertised price?. Got the feeling this was not a genuine mistake and they bargain that once at the counter, people will pay the increased amount.Will avoid in future.

Had an issue with an item bought from another outlet, Kerem went beyond in dealing with my issues. Staff were very helpful here, sourced additional items I wanted. Found my favourite Boss Outlet.

Always enjoy my experience shopping at your boss store. Staff always very helpful and friendly. I always look forward to visiting your ashford branch. As I shop there often the young man knows what Colour and style I like. He?s definitely a good salesman. I have shopped in a lot of boss shops. None of them are as friendly and helpful as my Ashford branch

Brilliant store with a wide range of stock and excellent staff, especially Aiden who helped me pick out an everyday suit and even went all the way to get a shirt and show the selection of ties and his recommendations. Massive props ??

Went in here today for the first time and this is a very nice well run shop. The young lads in there were all very polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. They made it a pleasurable experience.
