Had the pleasure of visiting this Boots last week. We were struggling to find a couple of items and spoke to 'Diane' she was so helpful and went out of her way to support. One item despite her checking extensively was not in stock but she provided a solution and ordered the item for next day delivery. She was kind helpful and attentive

I am really disappointed with Boots pharmacy.
Because they didn't confirm details with the person who collected my prescription I have now been fined.
I am so upset about this. I have always paid for my prescription and would never dream of doing anything wrong. But because I did have a prepaid certificate they assumed I still had it and I didn't.
Boots did say I might be able to appeal, but after talking to the NHS this isn't an option.
Now because it took so long for the NHS to receive and process this I can't get a prepayment back dated as it is too long ago.
This is a very unfair miss justice. I'm a hard working person who always pays her way. But because of someone else's mistake I now have to pay £100. How is any of this fair???

Extremely rude pharmacy trainee.
It is not professional to roll your eyeballs at customer's when they are asking you for help and advice.
If you don?t won?t to help people, don?t work directly with the general public.
When people are in pain and are clearly anxious, your dismissive, rude attitude is not appreciated.
Will no longer be visiting your store.
The pharmacy 5 minutes away from your store is far professional and helpful.

This Tanya has no place there not helpful rude strange I mean medically strange,do the bosses even know her ? Is she even capable of smiling? Why employ someone that won't bring costumers in ?

Lovely workers that are friendly and easy to approach. One even gave me a tissue to wipe all the testers on my hand. Always remember to bring tissues if your testing makeup out.
The only critique is that a few of the makeup testers are missing or plain dirty. I understand that they are just testers but some of them are in quiet a bad state. Other than that, they have a wide selection of makeup brands to look into and is easy to walk around the store without feeling overstimulated and cramped.

Out of hours pharmacy. Pharmacy staff very helpful. Even offered to carry the heavy boxes to the car with me and popped them in the boot.
