So I was queuing and the lady in front of me had a product that rang up at £40 ish pounds, seeing she felt awkward about the cost she said oh don't worry about it, then...Kelly or Kerry (sorry I didn't catch your name) said have you an advantage card, which she did, I then saw the price drop to £21, the customers face lit up and purchased said item.
The way individuals interact is what makes them individual.
It made my day, silly as it sounds, that an ordinary person had a win, because someone bothered to go that little bit further.
Thank you Kerry / Kelly......you are a nice human being.

Pharmacist was having an argument with a customer when I picked up a few bits this morning, and I interrupted a conversation between two staff members by wanting to pay for them. Poor.

Last winter I bought no.7 stuff, the saleswoman who was elderly scanned a pallet along with it (seemed like it was a promotional offer when you get free stuff by buying certain amount of products) she scanned and kept it with herself, she did not bother to explain what was that for. You need to hire more trustworthy people not some cheaters

Wide range of products available here! Love it. It's the larger Boots branch. Pharmacy is really helpful

I love boots how ever I would love that skincare products you can find on boots website was also available in store. I prefer to shop in person rather then online.

Went for opticians needed glasses had them sorted in 10 days. Loyalty points won't go on my card for some reason and the person at the beauty till couldn't help?

Shop is clean but could do with an update. Products varied, some quite expensive, others reasonably priced. Not many staff so gauranteed queues

Went there to ask and buy about a product at the pharmacy. There was a long queue as always and less staff to deal with the customers. Didn't buy anything as there was no one to help us select the right product.

Been visiting this boots for years and always been good but recently I've experienced very poor customer service and surprising thing is its their older staff members that are extremely poor
