“Great shop, very clean and tidy, and have a big choice of books. Recently got into the Penguin Classics and I am pleased they have quite a big variety of them.I was served by a lovely woman (wish I had the name, as she was so nice) today, very friendly and polite, and asked if I had a loyalty card (wasn't asked at the Folkestone store).I had paid £10 in loose change and the woman didn't make me feel bad for doing so.Overall it was lovely to have such a friendly experience. Sure, on occasions had to wait 10 or so minutes to be served BUT, equally on many occasions been served straight away, I suppose it all depends on what time you go there? We’ve never had any issues with the staff whatsoever and found them rather helpful.”
