Hot in summer. The store is unloved and, therefore, is grimy. Expect melted chocolate and inaccurate pricing. However, the staff are always friendly and happy to help. It's just the facilities that let it down.

B & M Garden Centre has a decent selection of plants, gardening tools, and outdoor accessories, but the layout is frustrating. The same products are often scattered across different aisles, making it difficult to find what you need without walking back and forth. A bit more organization?or clear signage?would make the shopping experience much smoother.
The staff were polite when approached, but the disorganized stock means you might waste time searching. Prices are reasonable, and the plants seem well cared for, but the poor store layout really affects the overall experience.

Can't really go wrong with B&M. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long for somebody to get on the tills when I'm ready to pay. Seems counterproductive.

The store is spacious and offers a wide variety of items, including food and homeware. While some prices may not be cheaper than the supermarkets, it's important to compare. There is plenty of parking available, and with a good number of checkout counters, there are rarely long lines.
