Wendy has been extremely helpful, even when I had to swap my mattress after measuring. No problem exchanged before original order arrived.

We have used the Ashford store on more than one occasion now for various purchases and have always been super impressed with the service we have received. All the staff, particularly Jon are amazing! On hand with expert advice but never pushy and over bearing which is a huge thing to us. Thanks a lot guys!

From the second we walked in the door we were greeted and offered support if needed. The whole experience was fantastic and our sales person was very knowledgeable and super helpful to explain in details and answer all our questions. Who knew picking a mattress would be the hardest part. But finding and choosing all 6 items was pain-free thanks to Kaylee. I was very satisfied with everything and after making the final choices everything was explained from process to delivery and the after care service. I would definitely recommend Benson for Beds but highly recommend to go and see Kaylee.

From ordering to delivery they were fantastic.
Only disappointment was the length of time from ordering to delivery. Would have liked it sooner than 4 weeks. But staff were very good both in store and at delivery.

The experience in store was great but unfortunately I will never be buying from bensons again because of the delivery staff. They seemed to look at every way to avoid making delivery. The main gentelman kept talking over me when I asked for options and kept saying to me I have none and they couldn?t wait. I was forced to sign a waiver I didn?t want to.
They left as quickly as possible and the really kicker is I got a friend round and got the mattress up the stairs within 5 minutes. The same stairs they said was impossible.
Will all of this I hadn?t noticed they left multiple black handprint on my walls. They also had to come back to give me my mattress protector. Which showed how much of a rush they were in. It?s like they wanted to finish their day as quickly as possible. Horrible horrible experience. Lots more I can say but I don?t want to go on.
Never again though. I?ll be shopping elsewhere.

We were very pleased with our experience at Bensons. John the manager was very helpful and guided us through the process of delivery and assembly options. We got a very good discount in Black Friday week and the quality of the products was very good.
