I visited the beefeater today. I have never visited any beefeater before , but we met with family who live in the area, and this was our choice. But I wish I never bothered. The food was awful, half cooked , tiny portions for the amount you pay. I have to admit that McDonald's and witherspoon produce better meals and that's saying something about this experience. The bill was over £130.00 . . A member of staff did give us a 25% discount reducing it down for complaining but still its Far too expensive for such terrible food. Save your money go to marks and spencers and buy a ready meal. As for cleanliness, the downstairs toilets were a mess, the floor was covered in urine and toilet tissue and it was like that the entire time we were their. And a member went into that toilet at the beginning of our visit and nothing was rectified

2 Lovely rump steaks really tender and tasty and a half rack of ribs absolutely delicious, prawn cocktails to start

We were here twice this week. Servers are lovely and work hard. Food was good, perhaps a bit slow at busy times. Will be back!

Rude staff, they ignored us until we had a fuss and then told us after asking for service that they are closed at 9:45pm and that they close at 10pm in the winter.

We visited Beefeater yesterday and were disappointed with the experience. Apart from the burger, the food lacked flavor. The £23 combo meal was quite small, and for a total of £60, it didn?t feel worth the price. Hoping to see improvements in portion sizes and taste in the future.

Absolutely awful even the manager agreed that the food here is bad and gave us free deserts. Dry and tasteless. £55 is definitely not worth it here, this is the bbq ribs on the photo, extra £1 if we wanted more sauce, awful.

Went there for Sunday lunch and absolutely loved it. Roast potatoes where crispy and cooked to perfection. Then to end a banofee cheesecake yum yum. Beautiful food can't wait to go back there!

Had the festive menu today. Had the burger festive menu to be honest the burger was burnt and it was more like a burger you?ve got from iceland Cheap range for £1 in a roll with a slice of turkey and half a dozen chips. Definitely was not worth £21 with the starter. But then looking at other people having the same meal after us they?re both seem a bit different to her as they said they had the festive burger meal as well. Definitely would not bother going here again.

So we came here on the 7th of Dec as we were meeting up with family and was convenient for all involved
Service was good, however there was so many things missing from the menu it was almost comical
Bizarrely offered gravy for the salmon as they'd run out of the cream sauce advertised.
What food we did have was fair but the portion sizes could be increased as barely enough to fill up a hungry cat, with food just chucked on plates with no thought on presentation.
Had a table booked for tonight but cancelled it and came to Nando's instead.

I normally enjoy visiting Beefeaters. However I was quite disappointed on this occasion. The service was slow and the food was very dry and hard. There was no time to sample any desserts as we were under pressure to get to the cinema. We only just made the showing due to the slow service despite allowing adequate time for our meal. The staff were aware of this fact. We eat out quite a lot, but will probably choose another venue rather than going back here
