I bought a few items, then decided to return them bc I changed my mind. Then I was told that you can't return your items once you take the tags off...
Literally no charity shop ever requires this except them, and they made it sound like it's absolutely normal.
It's written in tiny words in the corner of the till, and on the tags, but I don't suppose many people will think about taking out a magnifying glass to check it.
Very bad customer service as well. Brought over some items for donation only to be told that they aren't accepting any more donations bc there's no more space... No gratitude at all, only sounding like I were a trouble maker.
Why not decrease the price to get more space?
I'm not interested in going there again.

Prices in here have become really poor. Its a charity shop.
It's never low on stock or donations and a simple small top should not be £5!

Rude disgusting staff took all brand new items didn't want only sign saying don't want books and dvd which they wasn't. Used another charity shop who so happy to have. Do not use

I haven't personally been in the store, my wife has and liked it but I'm giving it a 1 star review thanks to the lying fraudsters who operate the car park and are claiming we owe £100 for parking for 1h20m to visit this and the other shops here. Barnados and other stores may wish to consider changing the company they use to manage their parking or relocate as this could lose them business

They sell DVD?s at cheap rates encouraging more to be bought and returned for re-selling when finished with. Their picture frames are competitively priced too. Staff are all really pleasant, helpful and friendly

They have put their prices up no CDs etc. place was empty.no donations note on door. This shop has gone downhill shame but don't they all.

Maybe it would be courteous to update your status advising that you are not accepting donations until 5th June. Having just bothered to sort and take items(some never used) to the store only to be turned away. I had checked website for opening hours, if this info had been displayed it would have saved a wasted journey

Well managed store with customer service paramount. A little goes along way here with donations priced at an affordable price for people on a low budget. A pleasant store to shop in with quality products at a good price. Well done for giving a exemplary shopping experience and loving all of you customers. Big retailers could learn alot from you

Lovely friendly staff. Willing to help in any way. Very good deals and prices. A lot of charity shops are very overpriced nowadays. Which is such a shame when society is struggling and needing food banks etc. Barnardos have got it right. Lower prices and higher turnover. Well done ð??
