My brother in law and I visited the branch today to arrange some important financials matters. We were supported by a super lady called Kylie who was extremely supportive and put our minds at ease with what we had to do. She didn?t clock watch and understood the issue we needed resolving and went out of her way to work at our pace and ably assisted by her manager who signed everything off with professionalism and efficiency. Thank you Kylie, it was lovely of you to calm us and guide us and confirm Barclays Ashford truly go the extra mile for their customers.

Today I had to go to barclays for a problem I was having with my travel pack. They could not have been more helpful especially Kylie who dealt with my problem which was complicated. I cannot thank her enough. First class service. With excellent staff. Thank you Kylie for all your help.
