Purchased a car from Ashford Orbital last year from their Suzuki franchise and the whole experience was fantastic.Although the car I purchased was not a Suzuki I was looked after as if I was purchasing a new car nothing too much trouble and a professional dealer experience.Even after the purchase and a consequent follow up with work that needed to be done to the car it was dealt with generously.so I cannot fault Suzuki franchise at all.Now to the not so great bitI have contacted the Group on separate occasions to enquire about Warranty Query to which the response is all too familiar ?we will get back to you? is the general responsenow I?m am not expecting an immediate reply but as a customer I still expect a follow up in a period of time .This of course doesn?t happen and it?s frustrating that a dealer with a generally good reputation is let down by its staff clearly too busy or unable to follow up customer enquiry however random .I would I given a better rating based on my Suzuki franchise experience however it?s the Ashford Orbital Group that?s letting the side down in this case .

Bought a used car. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially Kelly & Joe. Thank you to the technician who very promptly changed a couple of things for me. It's a treat to find a car dealership that doesn't put you under pressure. Would definitely recommend.

I don't think Ashford Orbital garage can be beaten for service & quality of Kia vehicles. We've been visiting this main dealer for over 16 yrs, where you can also find Mazda and Suzuki. Parking is an issue sometimes as expected, but disabled access is good.The staff are kind, helpful, understanding, considerate, and recognisable. This means you can talk to the same people, if you need to discuss an issue.Its what makes this garage valuable, add to this a reliable, supportive manufacturer, with a 7yr transferable warranty and you have a wining combination. Well done and thank you.

I recently used this garage for some warranty work on a Mitsubishi l200. The vehicle went in 4/5 times each time being told the reason to why the airbag light was on. Numerous different parts changed and never solved. Now warranty run out 2 years later still have the same issue. To be spoken today by a man called rob in a horrible manner accusing me of threatening just when stating what I have been put through. And quoted £1300 for the work afterwards, when the issues should of been sorted under warranty. Terrible customer service and will be making known for everyone to avoid at al costs.

I bought a car from here last year and went in today to discuss a misunderstanding about the date of the MOT. Phil was absolutely lovely about it, could see where the misunderstanding had come from and spoke to the Service guy, Justin. Justin went away, came back 10 minutes later and was able to fit the MOT in tomorrow. Not only that, he also offered to do the service (which I was going to book next month) at the same time!!! And they are picking the car up for me too. If you are looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile for their customers I highly recommend these guys!! They really care about customer service.I should also add that I absolutely love the car they sold me!!!EDIT:The girls on the desk are fantastic too. They kept in touch by email and phone throughout the day, made sure I understood that Advisory items on the Checklist did not need to be done immediately, and set me up a 2 year service plan that drastically reduced the cost of both services.The customer service ethic is phenomenal!!

I service my Kia here and the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. I love the automated system for monitoring your progress. And it always comes back super clean - not easy as my Kia is well loved by my family and creatures - it works hard! I love the car, and this garage

As always, the customer service at Kia, Ashford Orbital was excellent! Phil was really helpful, informative, friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The other people like Mike, Rob and Alison were also really supportive, helpful and made my visits to the Kia dealership welcoming too. This is the second car I bought from Phil (wasn?t looking to upgrade but couldn?t refuse the amazing deal I had) and would only ever look to buy from Phil and the Orbital team in the future. I?m over the moon with my new car so thank you so much!!

Ashford Kia have always been freidnly and helpful from the sale to servicing.I went farther afield as i found Canterbury staff rude with little time for me. These guys have been great for both purchases to date.Well done Phil and the team!

Big showroom incorporating Suzuki, Mazda and Kia. Lots of models on the shop floor and even bigger stock of nearly new outside. Good sales people who don't hassle you every time you open a cars' door....

Used their automated system to try to book free MOT , still waiting for a response, poor communication generally , that seem to forget "Customer is King". Today attended Ashford Orbital for pre-booked , free MOT , part of sale agreement. Arrived at 08:30 prompt for booking, assisted by Mazda desk receptionist, mature lady , very professional, she booked me in and explained that they would need an hour to a hour and a half , so I said I would return at 10:00. Used customer toilets , left for another appointment at 08:40 , car still where I'd parked it. Returned to Ashford Orbital at 09:50 , waited in customer service area. 10:10 I observed operative returned car to parking bay so I followed him to Kia reception at stood waiting patiently for receptionist to deal with new customer. Another receptionist appeared , asked if she could help , I explained that I was ok , just waiting for my keys and MOT, but the new receptionist wanted me to wait for them to attend to me once paperwork was completed. One minute later I was dealt with satisfactorily by dark haired receptionist. I still haven't received the outcome of the investigation by the senior customer service manager but as I honour my word , I have updated my review. This will be my last visit to Kia Ashford Orbital and will seek other services in future.
