Absolutely appalling click and collect service! Made a George order on the 18th to collect Friday 21st after 5pm. Arrived just after 5 and I still hadn't received conformation it was ready to collect so tried anyway, it was saying it wasn't there despite showing on the tracking, it was received at 5:06pm but not showing it was ready to collect. I then asked at customer services to be told they're still processing them out the back and to wait 15 minutes. I did that, and tried again, it was still showing as not ready to collect so I asked again as I had travelled from Greatstone, New Romney to collect it and had my daughter waiting to then be told there's a back log of two day orders they're sorting through and come back at 7pm or tomorrow morning. Absolutely shocking when my collection was for 5pm. The clothes ordered were for tomorrow and I have no way of going back to get them tonight. God knows what the staff do there all day to have 2 days worth of orders to sort through! Absolutely shocking and I certainly won't be using their click and collect service again!!! I may as well of had them delivered with what it's cost in petrol to get there!

Again I visited the adsa ashford branch, So a deal which I thought was too good to be true.Three packs of twenty four diet coats for £24.00, Apart arriving at the till turns out.The staff have put the product in the wrong place underneath the ticket.That says 3x24cans Pepsi max, Accordingly I brought you to the attention of the members of the staff, Where I was Spoken to quite rudely and Condescending manner, As I began to leave the store, One of the staff members said that I taken some photos, asked by security If I taken some photographs and would I delete them, as the photos were of the Shelves with the incorrect ticket price, I didn't understand why I would have to delete them, so I said no because it's Evidence of the issue I had In store, Ultimately security have band me from the store, confused.com called store to speak to the manager still waiting on a reply

Asda Ashford Superstore is a great place to do grocery shopping. With a huge variety of products and a spacious layout, it?s easy to find what you need and get around the store. Plus, there?s plenty of parking outside.

Went to the store few days ago.. and a lady in a mobility scooter drove out the store and the anti-theft sensor went off but the security woman didn't do anything than few seconds later a woman of colour walked out and the sensor went off again and the security woman stopped her and asked her for the receipt and checked her bag. Honestly thought we were past racial profiling.. guess not.

Shocking new entry system, then I get sandwiches now have to go around the a××e to meet the moon to continue shopping only to find my "simply cheese" sandwiche has got mayo in it.
Simply cheese means no mayo please think of us people who can't eat mayo, the choice is already limited to simply cheese or ham.
So let's hope you have just ham in next time as today I now have no lunch
