Just a,shame they are so un disabled friendly from using the scooter that aren't ever charged,to trying to shop with freeze doors u can't open from a wheelchair,or a scooter.Even when you try and explain what the problems are.

This afternoon my mum ordered a food shop from Asda for my Christmas dinner with the whole of my dad side for Christmas Day, when the two employees arrived, half the stuff was missing and my mum crying because of one of the employees , one employee was complaining about how she started work at 6 non stop and also both of them kept rolling their eyes , I know not all employees are like this but this is not ok. Also it?s really hard on all my family because recently we lost my grandmother and this is our first Christmas without her.

My wife just came back from Ashford Asda and she was in tears due to an unacceptable behaviour by two employees. She arrived at 9.55pm and they close at 10pm. She grabbed 3 items and then went to the milk section to grab a milk for our daughter. An employee told her she could not go and get the milk where a second woman came and also said she could not get the milk. It was 10.01pm. A third person came, a lady, and said to my wife to come and get the milk. My wife managed to get the milk and left. The behaviour from these people is unacceptable, rude and unprofessional. Asda should provide more training to their staff and teach them manners. Also, if the shop closes at 10pm, it does not mean the customers need to leave at 10pm. If staff want to leave at 10pm then close your door at 9.30pm and give 30min to your customers to finish their shopping. Disgusting people who just want to tush and go home. We will spend our money on Tesco from now on and will not recommend Asda to anybody. In fact we will spread the word about this incident to as many people as we can and in social medias as I'm sure we're not the only ones to feel this about being kicked out.

THIS STORE IS RACISTUgly, old, skinny, white woman with loads of wrinkles and glasses that works on a Sunday afternoon at self checkout was so rude to me and my Asian family last Sunday. After my non- English speaking, innocent grandmother asked a question to her, regarding the price of her vegetables, she proceeded to go and check it out at the aisle. Turns at the price was correct so she proceeded to shout at her, claiming that she was correct all along and we had wasted all her time.My 6 year old nephew then proceeded to scan his cucumbers and the hideous old woman, who looked like she was going to die any day now, then screamed at him and said ?WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW? GIMME THAT?And proceeded to scan them herself, for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I then overheard her laughing about us to her Nepal colleague and mocking us.I am so unhappy about this. It is so hard to believe that racism and discrimination still occurs in such a large, happy business and store. If you are non-white, disabled, part of the LGBTQIA+ community etc., just think before you enter the store.- Do you really want to be discriminated against?- Do you really want to have your family come home crying?- Do you really want to be stuck in your home all day, scared that you would be verbally abused once again? If not, don?t bother entering. (Just found out that Waitrose and Tescos has some really kind staff by the way ? )

I went into Asda in Ashford today. Bought 2 cakes both at £2 95 each so not cheap. Both dated 11/9, so already 2 days out of date. Tried to ring to complain, after going through all the options was told they can't take my call ring back. I don't want to have to go back, we only have a 2 hourly bus service so looks like I will be losing £5. Certainly won't make a trip there again

The place should shut not enough tills are open the self service is a joke can't take a trolly in this part basket only ( if you opened more tills there wouldn't be a problem at all) staff are thick, i will never return. On the way out the alarms going off with every one that leaves the store.

I like this supermarket. I HAVE lived next to many ASDA stores around the UK and worked professionally for Walmart US and Tescos IT. I like them all, but ASDA for me has the personal touch. Many members of staff worked in such fields as Farming... Always trust a farmer! No pun intended. Jonathan Ash.

ASDA Ashford the security guard wouldn't let me take my Trolley in at 10 minutes to four when they close at 4 last month on a Sunday at 8 minutes to four the security guard wasn't gonna let me in until I got my camera out he said I couldn't go in because they closing eight minutes. I had to explain to him that ASDA shuts at 4 not 10 minutes to four not five minutes to four not shot when you feel like it is ASDA it shuts at 4 on a sunday. I heard the security guard say I'm not standing here for my health no it's down in there because he gets paid to stand with that kind of attitude and customer service it's more like a rogue cornershop than a proper store

UPDATE.... 1 Month Later... >>Asda did an amazing job in getting onto the Outlet Centre who has responsibility for that small (unavoidable) road. And they fixed it. Lovely and smooth now. Great Job ASDA. Happily can continue my preferred weekly shop there with no worries now for my car. Cheers.Original Review ....>>AGHH! Watch your cars!! The entrance road to Asda is full of potholes. Unavoidable. Tiny section. Have to Drive over to get to car park. How do ASDA not know this is the welcome customers get. Terrible. Tesco next time.
