Extremely rude stuff, would never recommend. Instead of normally taking my order to return (which i had to return because it was the wrong size) was jumping from one ridiculous excuse to another. Even other people in the queue have also said that his claims were ridiculous. The guy was truly taking a piss, hopefully will he able to report his lie about his customer support skills in his cv.
If you are able to go to another Argos in Sittingbourne or Canterbury definitely do that.

I had a washing machine delivered this morning 12.3.25. From ordering in store to delivery was very easy. I had to change the delivery day from the 10th to the 12th as I forgot I had an appointment and that was so easy to do. The lady in store was very helpful at time of purchase. It was delivered by sibert and tristham. Extremely polite friendly and very professional. So impressed with these guys. Very impressed with their professionalism and kind demeanor.

New laptop delivered on time, first thing this morning. After ordering only last night. Very impressed. (Hope it works OK!). The delivery guy was really good and told me that the company treats him well. So, a bit of good news to share. : )

Absolutely discusting store .... you pay online almost 400£ for item and then they cancel it because they havent it .... refund up to 7 days ... unbeliable
