No returns only exchange and that must be returned within 14 days. Also they do not tell you this when u make a purchase. The staff tried to tell me that most shops at Ashford outlet have the same policy which is rubbish!

I go into the store to have a look around and was greeted with bad customer service and one employee slapped me. Will not be coming back.

Today I visited the store and upon entering I was greeted warmly at the door. There was a T-shirt which I forgot to order and went completely out of stock which I was gutted about. On the check out a member of staff called Emilia told me that I might be able to find it at John Lewis, I quickly went out to get internet and managed to order the last one in stock. Thank you Emilia ??. You deserve a raise ??

Went to all Saints in Ashfield outlet and had a lovely lady called Hannah help my partner get the right letter that suited him and Hanna was just wonderful and very knowledgeable. Just want to say a big thank for all your help ?
