What a great vibe!!! Food fantastic. Staff attentive and accommodating. Portion sizes great and endless chips were fantastic. Went with my family and overall really good evening out with quality food.
I like to leave nice reviews and acknowledge credit where it?s due - more so when I saw a man that wasn?t happy with how the steak was cooked even though you cook it yourself on a hot stone?? Anything for a free bill these days. I can?t fault the atmosphere of the place due to this man shouting at a young member of the team. I haven?t seen anything like it before. The team handled this well.
This didn?t dampen our spirits; we saw staff with genuine smiles who wanted to give us a good experience. Thank YOU!

Ordered 2 ribeye steaks with the unlimited chips and salad. Had a brownie for dessert. Couldn?t thank the staff enough for the really enjoyable meal. What a great night had. Thank you On The Rocks.

First time coming to On The Rocks and really enjoyed our evening. The food was a luxury and the staff were informative on the process and precautions of the hot stone to cook the food on.
Endless refill of chips and timely with refills. Salad was delicious to pair with the our steak and chips.
It was a lovely atmosphere, type of place where you feel like you?ve been invited. Thank you to Brad and Kayleigh (I hope these were your names) you were great with us. Really happy with our service and treatment.
We will definitely be turning up soon!

The table we booked was for 8 o?clock and the only available table they have for us was in a room upstairs. We were the only people there and had absolutely no atmosphere because we were upstairs this was absolutely terrible. The steak came a good 10 minutes before the potato chips arrived and then 10 minutes later the salad arrived. It?s not a place that I would recommend and Bradley the manager took about 20 minutes to come up after we had complained. Will not be returning to this place he never even offered any discount on the meal for the absolutely terrible service and it?s a shame because last time we went it was very good

Inattentive service where main hot rock part of the meal arrived well before the chips and salad. No checks during the meal. A further request for more chips and salad came after the hot rock meat was finished! All that could be heard from staff was. ? I am sorry about that?! Several time over!
Portion sizes well reduced where salads lacked original ingredients from previous visits. Bread and olives now charged extra!!
The stars are for lovely Cocktails and high quality of meat/tuna.

Even though the manager was serving and cooking the food it was still very quick service and the food was amazing!!
If they can be this great when short staffed it must be incredible when they are not!!

A favourite treat night for us , that's not silly expensive ,tho the drinks can catch you out and would benefit by having some drinks offers . But it's all about the excellent steak cuts sourced locally that in our four visits, I've never had to remove any gristle or veins , you can eat the lot ,with unlimited fries & salad that are also excellent & fresh . The manager Rob ,efficient and a joy ,ask him for a song . Dog friendly & booking advised at peak times . Tip ,sit near the doors ,20
tables cooking multiple steaks gets heady , and leave room for me .

Had high expectations, but Ribeye steaks were tough as boot leather with no eye of juicy fat.
Steak knives were wrong knives, a clean blade is needed to cut a raw steak, so it doesn't rip the meat.
Plates were impractical as the spaces each side were too small compared to where the hot rock sat in the middle. Very awkward to cut the raw steak in bite size chunks.
Host was fantastic, waiting staff extremely slow.
Probably won't go again.

Food good but service seemed a bit slow. Was told only one chef was in the kitchen on a busy Saturday evening.
Would happily go there again though.
