Horrible service. Seems that no one actively working in the shop. Shopped during non-peak hours - literally more staff in than customers in the shop. Had to wait for more than 15min at the check out for assistance. Made me missed my bus. Had to wait for another half an hour.

Self service checkouts never work properly and in fact today (08/07/2024) none of them were working and only 2 maned checkouts were working and for a busy Saturday a very long wait, I think in general the whole store is a shambles.

very bad unprofessional service the old lady who served me was very unpleasant if it wasn't for the only shop nearby I would leave right away, I do not recommend I will shop there again !!!!!

Greetings! Now, I visited this co-operative store yesterday to purchase a few packs of prawn cocktail quavers however there wasn't any in stock. I am not a happy bunny. You have until next Tuesday to get them in stock or else I will never visit your store again. - Callum
