A lovely place to walk. Park at Tennyson Down National Trust Car Park, but note there is only space for around 12-15 cars maximum.Walk back down the road, turn left immediately at the map and follow the track uphill. It takes around 30 minutes to get to Tennyson Down, 45 mins to get to The Needles headland.Lots of rare butterfly species and a few birds of prey. The views on a sunny day are spectacular.

A beautiful place to escape to with breathtaking views (especially if you look down the cliffs). The ground is smooth underfoot but steep in places. There are also some stiles to climb over.Parking: Completely free parking at Tennyson Monument car park (national trust run). Could get busy on a nice day but plenty when we visited on a weekday.Fees: Free and free parking at the Tennyson Monument car park.Dog-friendliness: Perfect for dogs. Make sure you have lots of poo bags with you. Bins at entry points.

Lovely boat trip with the family, good value for money, have taken this trip many times and always thoroughly enjoy itParking: Parking was quite expensive at £6.00 with no concessions for disabled parking, the terrain is chalk based and could be problematic for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility

Had to queue for 20 minutes to get tickets for the cable car. But well worth the wait as the experience was fantastic. Had to pay extra for the boat trip, not sure why there isn't a ticket for the boat and cable car combined.

Great walk from the needles on the coastal path all the way to IOW Pearl. The area near the needles is lovely to walk on, very spongy grass today which was nice. Great view from the top.Parking: Cars are £6 to park
