After an extremely traumatising appt with Specsavers (whom I had always used in the past), I went to Hazel Smith Opticians and everything from the check in to the appointment to the aftercare is like night and day by comparison.Mr Ebrahim Jeewa is so knowledgeable and helpful. The appointment now feels important and a serious medical check of my eyes rather than a 10 minute appointment where essentially they just want to upsell you glasses (Specsavers!). I have been on their books for a few years now and I’d never go back to a “high street” opticians again. Thank you Mr Jeewa and team.”
