Can?t recommend this place enough, lovely, friendly & helpful , Nancy & the team go way beyond to keep customers happy, if they?ve not got what you are looking for they will try & get it for you. I recommend to all my friends and family & wouldn?t go anywhere else since finding it. It?s a godsend on the island as we?re not exactly spoilt for choice here but they have a great range of furniture & carpets etc, I?ve literally done out my entire home with carpets, flooring & furniture from here.

Terrible company. Reluctant to buy back excess stock after the laminate was of inferior quality to what we thought we had. We had so many obstacles put in our way and were told this was not a priority!! When I said I had no kitchen floor she said 'oh bless' ?. I will go to a proper company in future. Absolutely disgraceful how they treat customers, would not recommend them to anyone ever ?

Fantastic serviceWanted a carpet for a bedroom that was easy to clean if there was accidents.Connected company they found me the best bit of carpet at a very good price, delivery was when it was supposed to be, thank you so much will be back

Iv always used this company and when dealing with the elderly gentleman it has been a pleasant experience (despite the fitters using clear adhesive/sealant so you can't see how bad a job they have done until they have gone) Anyway despite this I went back today for some advise on laminate flooring. When a woman finally bothered to appear from her office she was most unhelpful and frankly quite rude! When I asked if she knew of any other company near by that could help she snottily replied NO. Only to find a very helpful company practically next door ,of which I'm quite sure she would have known about being sooo close!. I will never use choice again due to the rudeness of the staff

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The manager is unbelievably rude, I've never experienced anyone be so rude to a customer before & I'm sure I never will. We ordered some carpet & underlay from them & they provided the incorrect underlay, no apology was received and she wasn't willing to do anything about it apart from try to ignore us in the hope that we would go away with the cheapest underlay they had (we had already paid for a much better one) and shout down the phone at me when I called to check the progress with regards to receiving the correct underlay. After 4 weeks we finally received the correct underlay that we had originally ordered but still no apology for the error, or the way she spoke to us. Totally unprofessional and incredibly rude.

We recently purchased a mattress from here . It started to shed hair all over . After they came to inspect it we were told it's silk . It's still very hairy it was over everything not pleasant at all . I asked for an exchange as can't sleep in bed now but been told it's not a fault of mattress it's the way it's made so the offer of 30%off a new mattress and take this one away for free is best they can do . Only asking for exchange. Have spent a few grand here in past I. Disgusted at this how were we meant to know it would shed

As we have a Cat we wanted a reasonably priced and durable carpet. The carpet that was recommended was of very poor quality and measured incorrectly. We had to call the fitters out twice as the carpet was coming away from the stair.
