Abbott's are a small family run business on the Isle of Wight who are very attentive to the customers needs. We have used them in the past and found their service to be exemplary and this time the service was just as good. Their quotes are detailed and informative and their final invoice has never exceeded the original quote. I would recommend this flooring company to everyone wanting a high quality job on or off the Isle of Wight.

So lovely and sadly increasingly rare to find a company who are helpful, knowledgeable and actually listen to your needs and arrive when they say they will, stay until the work is complete and more importantly do a first class job.All achieved with an Isle of Wight friendly yet never pushy demeanour.Charley a credit to the firm and he took great care and attention to ensuring our unlevel floor was made good, did a superb job and cleaned up everything.Than you so much. Highly recommended these guys.

We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the workmanship. Everyone I dealt with at Abbotts was helpful and friendly, as were the fitters themselves. Everything was done as arranged from the survey to the fitting. This is our second time using Abbots and would highly recommend.

Superb service from this family business. We walked in to the showroom on Saturday with a need for a good value and speedy fitting on a carpet. We were given an amazing deal with a remnant that fitted the job perfectly and it was fitted at 9am on Tuesday. All 3 staff members we chatted to were super friendly, efficient and helpful. The fitter arrived on the day as arranged. I cannot praise these wonderful people enough, they all went out of their way to make the whole experience hassle free, with lots of advice and help in their showroom, turned up on time to give a quote and to fit the flooring too. hard working and very tidy too, Charlie was very friendly and did an amazing job fitting the flooring.The staff in the showroom were very helpful and friendly too.
