Third time we?ve stayed at the hotel. It?s exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn however the manager is lovely and remembers us each time.

Came here for an overnight stay on 08/09/24 for my other half?s birthday and it was just what we needed! Room was lovely and clean with a great view of the sea. I called ahead in advance to see if they could decorate the room for my partners birthday and although they couldn?t, they left a lovely note with some snacks and hot chocolate instead. Staff were also able to help us when the self check in machine didn?t activate our card. I?d highly recommend staying here, and going to Flanagan?s just round the corner for some entertainment in the evening.

4 members of staff for foh alone .I counted a minimum of 12 empty tables and they are turning hotel customers away yet some customers are locals. Ridiculous. I know places that can manage on half this amount with a restaurant 4 times the size .the amount you pay for a Premier inn they certainly should not be taking walk inn if they cannot serve hotel guests .expecially with half an empty restaurant

I haven't visited yet But Penny on Recepion is terific. After I contacted her to check my booking she went the extra mile to make sure all was well, even calling me back twice excellant thank you.

Our room smelt bad, we aired it as much as we could, but in the end complained and were told it was a room with a known problem. We were moved promptly.That morning there was also no hot water (not a great start). We have since been compensated with no quibbles.The staff were all helpful and the location is perfect and if you get a room at the front, some.of the best views on the bay. In December very good value.
