Stayed here at the end of July with my family. The location was lovely and quiet with a Pub and KFC across the road. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and I had one of the best sleeps I've ever had whilst staying in a hotel. The staff were super friendly and to be commended on their service from house keeping, to the front desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast offered a wide selection for all and everyone was satisfied. I would definitely stay here again. ?

Excellent service, hard working staff, friendly, nice and clean with good A/C, free parking for guests, supermarkets closeby. Short drive to the beaches. Overall a wonderfully place to stay. Standard Premier inn breakfast with payment.

We frequently stay in Premier Inns... Because we know we can rely on a brilliant bed, clean rooms a perfect base to explore from.
This time we upgraded to Premier Plus and enjoyed the extra treats ...a fridge with bottles of still and sparkling water replenished each day . We loved the mini Green & Blacks chocolates each day. Having an iron and board in the room was much appreciated.
The lady who serviced our room was efficient and professional. I think her name was Brooke.

Premier Inn has always been our first choice both in gulf countries and in the UK. Though gulf was posh, here it?s more resourceful. Staffs are professional and kind, Mr. Waqar assisted us and addressed all are queries very patiently and politely..

Wi-Fi not very good didn?t get any service on my phone but the hotel was good and service was spot on very friendly staff

Great hotel. Wi-Fi was great, staff were polite and welcoming, alongside a fantastic room which was clean. It?s in a really good location with a pub, 2 supermarkets and a KFC within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

Four nights here for our first ever visit to the IoW and we'll definitely be back. As some of the other reviews mention, nothing was too much trouble for the staff -- the lady who checked us in even took our bags up to our room because we'd arrived early but wanted to go off exploring! Absolutely fantastic service and a brilliant stay from start to finishh, and already looking forward to returning next April.

Great hotel with good food.
Only downside for me is that the rooms are a bit stuffy in the warm weather, as you cant open the windows to let any air in.
Air-con only goes down to 19c.

Excellent stay, I'd forgotten how good premier inns were! Good Pub, Aldi and KFC minutes walk away. Free parking.

It was clean & the service was great. The reception team were quick & attentive. Parking is free for anyone staying at the hotel you just have to register your number plate in reception.
