Owner was quite direct to me when I came in, had key cut, used it for the first time and broke within the lock like a twig? would recommend lock and quey instead

Went in today wanting a key cut, and the owner was very angry and aggressive, he was very rude to me, not very professional customer service! I do not recommend him unless you like terrible attitude!
