Been here today & yesterday on the last day of our holiday. Wow, this Subway is THE best we?ve had ever everything is so fresh and delicious! On both days we were blessed with the presence of Ana who was so welcoming & lovely to chat to each day! She also does an amazing job building our subways both me & my husband have loved them each time!! Big credit to Ana for being a staple memory of our holiday, she deserves the recognition 1000%.

The staff Anna and suzi were absolutely amazing their customer service skills are impeccable they were so lovely to both me and my partner. We both really enjoyed our subs and cookie. We will definitely be coming back here to the ryde shop as our experience in the Newport shop the other week wasn?t so pleasant and ended up with upset stomachs so will be coming to ryde more often for our subway trips!! :)

I had such a great experience at this Subway thanks to the two amazing staff members working that day Hollie and Scarlett I believe their names were. They were both super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like more than just another customer. They worked quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to make sure my order was perfect.

ordered £20 worth of food to be refused the food and cash refund because the worker was understaffed and ?too stressed to make it?, no apology or explanation just flat out ?no? when we walked in.

The staff were absolutely incredible (Hollie and Susan) were amazing, very helpful. The service was quick and clean. Didn't have to wait long at all.

We ordered for takeaway. I would say the salad was TOO cold :(

Ordered cheese toastie for pickup, what kind of psycho sees an order for a cheese toastie, makes it and hands ut over saying that it didnt say toasted on the receipt and then immediately atarts serving another customer so i cant get a word in sideways, if i wanted a cheese sub, i would have ordered one

I ordered for delivery and it said to come at 1 o?clock, I got there bang on 1 o?clock and they hadn?t even started my order and I had to wait 20 mins. Whilst I was waiting I watched one of the workers make a meat sandwich and touch meat and then used the same gloves to make a vegeterian sandwich. They gave me two drinks I didn?t ask for. The workers were also talking to each like dirt and it just wasn?t a very nice atmosphere in there waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready. Very dispointed and won?t be ordering from there again.

Fantastic service and amazing sandwiches, all staff are lovely and make you feel so welcome, a perfect place to grab a sandwich for breakfast lunch or dinner, I always go for a chicken and bacon sub toasted with salad and I 10/10 recommend it's always delicious
