I couldn?t believe how helpful the staff were when I popped in for a can of Coke. I joked about it with my friend as the service in my local in Cobham is appalling. Anyway, I went to the till where my friend was being served and said I couldn?t find any cans and the lady serving her told me where they were so I went to find them. A man stood by and said here are the cans we sell. Thank you. Went back to the till, did you find them? I was gobsmacked. My friend told me that as I went to find them she radioed to her colleague for assistance! Then she packed my friend?s shopping up for her! I don?t know if other Sainsbury?s are like this but in the Cobham local on the high street the staff are rude, sulky and unhelpful and unprofessional. That?s why I think I?ll move to Ryde

the new member of staff is extremely rude and thinks they?re visibly entitled. Extremely disrespectful manner and rude to customers making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The rudest staff I have encountered anywhere, in any store. Openly rude to customers. Totally unhelpful. They even removed the buzzer to summon someone to the tills. They mutter the most amazing insults on their headsets. Best of all they actively and openly HATE working for Sainsburys. What a remarkably sad place to shop.

Staff here seem to think it?s funny to have a running sports style commentary between themselves on their headsets while you are shopping. Commenting on your shopping and cheering when you pick something up. Not even subtle especially the tall chap with the beard. Wont be going here again.

The worst staff I have ever come across.The staff are rude, I have never seen a smile on one of their faces. It?s honestly disgusting. They make you feel so uncomfortable in there. DONT ask about a product or information of any sort, you may aswell be asking them for a kidney.There is a senior looking member of staff, female, brownish hair, she is by far the worst. The PRICES ARE EXTORTIONATE, avoid this shop and it?s cold reception.
