Waiting over a week for a first class posted item, we only get post weekly now it?s failing what a shame ! What is the difference between 1st & 2nd class now ??????

2 hours a day opening? why bother! taking the bloody piss, really hopeless! just missed a medical delivery as it was sent singed for next day delivery and now have to suffer another 24 hours untill I get relief! I have a parcel box WHY CAN'T YOU JUST LEAVE IT IN THERE LIKE YOU USED TO!!!!!!!!!

Cannot deliver a parcel which is on their van for delivery. Then an email was sent saying sorry try the next working day. Who knew that Thursday was not a working day. We are lucky to receive post once a week. My pay slip this month (August) was received 2 weeks late. About time it was renationalised and treated its staff with respect

The Royal Mail delivery service on the Island is Poor.What happened to the good old days when households would receive their mail on a daily basis, somedays post does not arrive for days and then a large lot appears.Royal Mail is no longer the Company they used to be, now a third world service.The Sorting office still closes at 3pmThe Pandemic is now over, so why they have not reverted back to their old opening times I don't know.

Absolutely shocking!!! Our company sent 2 Special Delivery parcels from our local post office to clients in the Isle of Wight. Our post office used one of the outgoing £5 stamps and then made up the difference with the printed stamp. These jokers at Ryde decided that there was insufficient postage paid and slapped a surcharge on both parcels for £3.50.

My lady is so good she will do anything to help ,so I do think they deserve extra money but the service is rubbish ,been waiting for a letter and still not here .
