Arrived at the post office with 10 prepaid parcels ready to be posted out, so should be a pretty streamlined transaction.
Two girls behind the counter began processing parcels until my last parcel..
when they refused to process it because the queue behind me was too long!!!
(my parcels were going through as quickly as she could type on her computer)
(bearing in mind I had been waiting in that long queue for my turn to be served)
Unless they?re taking money out of your pocket, they?re not interested in your custom.

Package was never delivered. Not the first time. Use the Morrisons Post office if you want your packages to stay unlost or unstolen.

Really positive experience. Went to send an eBay parcel and was having issues with the digital postal label. The man offered his number to send via WhatsApp and print off. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his female colleague. Was not expecting to be greeted with so much kindness. Thank you so much!

Absolutely useless, they don't answer the phone and don't give an email address.Called in twice last week and the passport renewal facility was not available as the machine had broken down.The Post Office needs to get its act together!

Don't feel safe in the shop. There was a lady there today not wearing a mask, drinking from a travel cup, which she slapped onto the counter and some of the liquid splashed out. Not once did the staff member challenge her and just as importantly did not wipe the counter over once she had left. It's behaviour like this which is potentially spreading this virus. I will not use shop whilst this poor practice continues
