I think the staff don't have any Passion for preparing the food ?
I understand they're young and it's not their career focus but I think still when serving customers they should put a bit of passion in preparation of the food.
The dough wasn't spread evenly and ended up not fully cooked.
Presentation is key!!!
I have noticed that staff haven't washed their hands in-between handling the PC and preparing the food. That's a no no no!!!!!??

The staff behave like children, you can hear them literally screaming from outside the shop, in addition you have to ask for special offers as they won't tell you if you can get your food cheaper with one. I have ordered before but my order today will be my last

Nearly didn't order after seeing how bad the review were but decided to risk it. Glad we did, staff were friendly and the pizza was lovely. No messing about pizza was straight in the box and handed to us so it was still piping hot when we got back to our hotel. Plenty of toppings and very tasty.

Stay away. I went into the store to order a pizza. Nobody bothered to come to take my order, till I shouted at them. Ordered fine, but the pizza was shoddily baked to say the least. I was watching the whole process and still they managed to screw my order.

Literally just ordered! Such a shame. We are staying at Yelfs across the road and thought I'd treat my hubby. (His fav) Pizza wasn't cooked. You could actually see the uncooked dough in the centre of crust. Toppings limited too. Gutted! Because they're not the cheapest of pizzas. ?
