have been here countless times. i think it's in just the right place on the highstreet, and depending on the time of year, they have a wide variety of drinks available. the only reason they lose a star is because i find Costa to be quite overpriced for what it is.

I came in with 3 other adults and 3 small children. The kids ran up to me in the queue then a staff member with orange hair and an Eastern European accent came over and gave me a horrible look and shouted. ?Kids are not allowed to run here keep them in control?.
Then proceeded to talk loudly to another staff member about our children.
Disgusting customer service and after 15 years I will NOT be returning. If you do not like children or adults or customers. Don?t work in catering and hospitality environment. This woman should be sacked. Awful experience.
