Excellent and friendly service in the store. I decided to buy carpets and flooring. I can wholeheartedly recommend the carpet fitters who did a great, professional job. unfortunately about the floor fitter I can?t say same . unprofessional person who is ruining the reputation of this place carpets direct Ryde. his floor was done sloppily and unprofessionally. my cooperation with carpets directly ended with a full refund for the floor and its removal. while removing the floor, my floor was damaged and I was not informed about it. Unfortunately, I discovered it myself, but it was too late because the floor fitter left my house . I do not recommend this store for flooring.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish, the recommended carpet and underlay for the whole of our upstairs look and feel great and the fitting (which can make or break a job) really does the carpet justice. Will use again.

Have asked several times for our hall , stair and dining room carpet to be looked at and problem with pile wear on the risers. We now have a badly worn carpet. Have asked several times for the matter to be addressed but have not had a positive response.
