Staff are mostly great except for one who is usually on the counter..no name badge..wonder why?Rude doesn't listen, talks over you, treats you as a liar, abrupt..I could keep going.. but she brings the whole place down. Sometimes she answers the phone..rarely will the request be done correctly, if wrong she denies all knowledge...why is she there????

Used to be the best chemist but is the worst now,, as they have gone downhill.Text you your prescription ready, then when you go and arrange a lift to go and pick it up, tell you they don?t have it, as they?ve given it to someone else! They never have all my monthly prescriptions in stock and I always have to go back again.Pharmacist too busy to answer any queries about medication even though other chemists are happy to do this. Fed up with wasted trips there, as they are so disorganised so will be taking my custom elsewhere.

I keep seeing negative posts. Having worked for boots for a number of years, I know what immense pressure staff are under and having nearly half the staff. Next time you want to moan, take into consideration those poor members of staff, they go above and beyond and seem to get no thanks for it.I think they are all fabulous and deserve praise ?

Awful pharmacy. Repeatedly loses prescriptions. Apparently a weekly repeat is to difficult to do which leads to going without my medication. Delays in filling prescriptions when they do actually decide to do it. But any mistake is always someone else's fault

This is a terrible pharmacy , the shelves are never stocked , the queue is always out of the door and there is only ever one person serving regardless of the queue , there is a lot of staff behind the screens chatting but never serve the customers , I have waited in there for 40 minutes on quite a few occasions , never get a an apology for the wait , also shuts everyday for an hours lunchAnd not open on a Saturday which in todays world is unheard of , steer clear

Awful place. The staff here move so slow that their movements are inconceivable to the human eye. The pharmacist is also one of the most arrogant and condescending people I have ever met. Will leave you to stand waiting with young children over 45 minutes only then to tell you that they dont have your stuff. But dont you dare complain. This shop is an absolute joke and not fit for purpose. I would rather go without lifesaving treatment than ever walk back into this dump

I Transferred from Tower house surgery a few years back as it was the worst surgery I have used so far. I had the unfortunate experience of having no choice but to order some urgent private medications from here. Was told the medication would be in on a certain day, got to certain day and nothing had been ordered as they neglected to tell me that i need to give a paper copy even though it was checked and ok?d online when phone call was made to order. I went to pharmacy to drop the prescription and was told that they had the medication in. I asked if it had been delivered that morning and was told no, we?ve had this for a while now! Luckily I got the meds I needed but I?ve had to suffer for days and could have had it the day I called. Will never use again! Do not use if you need urgent medication.

Absolutely disgusting filthy ....this wasn't one days mess ..this place hasn't been cleaned for days, if not weeks!! It is a clinical area. I was shocked at how dirty it was and that isn't touching the incredibly relaxed attitude to not having some of the required medication. Boots should be ashamed to have its name to this business connected to a drs surgery.
